Industrial Training (2-6 Months)

At Earnsmartly we provide two to six months Industrial Training to B.Tech and MCA Students, which is a part of their Graduate/Post Graduate Degree. Most students waste their precious time meant to get hand on experience on the latest technologies either joining Training Institutes or Non Software Development Companies.

Before joining Industrial Training with any company, ensure the following:

• If the company is a Software Development Company :- Yes, we are into software development and Web Designing. Contact us to know more about us.
• If the company is providing training on live projects or dummy projects :- Depends upon the capability of the resource.
• If the company will assign a mentor for students :- Yes mentor will be assigned to a group of 5 trainees. Prior to start of training, one to one meeting will be organized with your mentor and expectations would be set. Every week/fortnight, trainees will be assessed and feedback will be provided for further improvement.
• Will the company offer the project in the technology you want to make your career :- Depends upon the capability of the resource.

Earnsmartly will provide trainees an opportunity to work with the team of experienced Software Developers, under the guidance of project managers. Our core focus is to make the students well verse with the different cycles of Software Development and to provide them hand on experience on Live Projects.   Interested candidates can send their updated resume to training@earnsmartly.com. You need to bring your latest Resume, Training Letter from the college, Identity Proof and one passport size photograph at the time of interview.  

• 6 Months Industrial Training is a paid training. Company will charge Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. 15,000/- for candidates who bring their laptops during the training) towards the costs of material and training from the students.
• 2 Months Industrial Training is a paid training. Company will charge Rs. 8,000/- (Rs. 5,000/- for candidates who bring their laptops during the training) towards the costs of material and training from the students.
• Stipend will be paid to excellent performers.
